An installable web app (PWA): it installs on any smartphone straight from the browser, with no App Store or Play Store, and works on desktop too. Concretely, for each user:

The relevant parties are notified and approve the action in a few clicks, within the intended flow.
The app automatically applies the business logic (calculations, rules, processing) and updates the dashboard.
A summary document (PDF, report or export), consolidated and ready to be shared or sent.
The app is designed to stay simple to use: every user can move forward on their own, and collaborative features only kick in when they are actually needed.

Once the subsidies are received, your real investment is the one in the last box. Flexible payment: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery, or spread over monthly instalments if that is more comfortable, for example 4 instalments of €2,500. The subsidy estimate is based on digitalisation grants (intervention of roughly 50%, subject to eligibility, your region and approval of the application). All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
The app generates revenue from launch through two channels: subscriptions from individual users and subscriptions from professional accounts. Adjust the sliders to see how long it takes for revenue to pay back the development. The projection uses the formula and the subsidy scenario selected above.

Codika is an approved provider for digitalisation grants. Depending on your region and the scheme, roughly half the project amount can be reimbursed. We support you in putting the application together. One condition to confirm with your accountant: the claim is made in the name of a company (your current company number, or the company to be formed).
As discussed together, the amount does not have to go out all at once: 50% on signature and 50% on delivery, or spread over several monthly instalments. We adapt to your cash flow and to the subsidy timeline.
The quote can be issued in your name (as an individual with your current VAT number) then transferred at no cost to the company that will carry the project, as soon as it is formed. To confirm with your accountant, in parallel with development.
Hosting and maintenance are covered by a separate contract, to be negotiated once the app is delivered. You simply need to plan for monthly hosting costs, which will stay low at launch.
